English Question

Sorry not being able to type Chinese on this computer.

I know everyone here is proficient in English. I have a question--

For example, if someone asked you a question and you answered him/her. Then this guy replied "AH HA", What do you think this "AH HA" mean? I do not feel it is a positive response. what do you think?
