I only like the marinated artichoke in olive oil

Like the slight sourness in it. When mixed with the taste of olive oil it's even better. Costco has twin bottles for $8-9 which is a good guy. Didn't know the fact that fresh one is actually loaded with nutrition until just now. Wonder if marinated still has some of those good stuff left in it.
