The week before menstruation is usually pretty uncomfortable.  I experience difficulty to sleep well, feel bloated, and have strange appetite….

I don’t have discomfort during menstruation, but I have to be careful with clothes I wear.  I wear dark colors just in case. :)

But I know many worse cases.  One of the friends I have made from KT told me that she has 3 weeks of discomfort every month.  The week before, the week during and the week after.  During the week after she is slowly recovering form the pain, so it is still weak and uncomfortable.  There is only one week when she feels good.

Men should really be nice to women.

Of course, when I look at my child, everything is worth it.
