As people in the past have only known it causes cervical cancer. In the recent years, we definitely know more cancers are linked
to HPV. But please don't be panic, the men you mentioned wasn't infected with aggressive strains. Even his infection isn't cleared,
those strains will not increase your risk of getting any cancer. He can give you warts if the virus is still active. ALways remember
science evolves a lot. Like HIV, it has been thought that its DNA remains in your cells once you infected with it just like Herpes.
However, a few months ago, scientists find out it is not true based on their new experience with an infant/toddler. You never
know. So before we know everything about it, it is always wise to be cautious. Just my 2 cents.
