agreed

1) real estate is not low risk investment. housing price is still inflated in some areas.

2) don't touch chinese bond, or moeny market funds.

At some point, US will have to inflate rapidly. the best protection from inflation is to have a job.

The correlation between real estate price and inflation is gone, probably forever.
