我同意R的观点，医疗保险各州负责，不要联邦统管，而且也不必强制性人人都有医保。

因为这样很浪费资源。

如果买不起医保的人生病了，国家不会见死不救，到时政府再付，或CHARITY机构付，总之不会让没保险的人等死。
