Sorry I was offline this afternoon. I think it really all depend

of company you're working in. I personally think American corporate culture is not favoring the weak, kind party. You have to mess up with the environment(wrong expression but that's how I feel). When you're too moral, too nice, too black and white you probably more likely to lose your battle field.I am not doing that well in American companies. My personal development is more rooted from European company and cultures:)
