请教姐姐妹妹们有关sex

我从小家庭非常传统，造成胆子较小，很多事不开窍。

在和老外dating时，很怕sex。虽然情到浓时我也想，但怕这怕那的。

情感因素比如怕被踢先不考虑，现实因素比如怀孕，得病也是很大因素。想知道在dating中，谁采取避孕措施，或者防范措施？ 看电影，小说，别人的故事怎么都是说做就做了？他们都没有那些顾虑么？

但一旦提出那些问题又很煞风景，兴趣大减。

我应该如何处理才好呢？

真不好意思问这么低级的问题。都怪国内没有性教育呢。
