Look, it is not a difficult thing to get a PhD, as long as you are patient.

Once in a phd program, there is no way that you wont get a PhD.

How to get into a PhD program? yeah, you need to take qualify exam, but it is not that hard. 

So, tell me how come these people getting smarter in PhD program?

Particularly, these years many schools issued so many PhD, just like MBA.
