But admit it or now, parents shape their children's basics.

It takes both a good child and good parents to form a good relationship. But parents are human beings, they could get tired, impatient and even resentful when a child is too anti and always anti. That is why even western culture promotes obeying parents when young because it is for the benefit of young kids themselves.
