工作和家庭的平衡，是个问题，尤其是对于常要出差的妈妈。投行

的姐妹更是可以想象如何之忙。真是因为投行的工作的残酷，俺脚的，要想有自己的生活，不能进投行。90年底跟高盛路演一次后，我打定主意不去投行，实在是多倍折旧，不是年轻人，根本消受不起。

因此也非常佩服在投行工作的妈妈，都是英雄。只有佩服。
