这是一个真实的案例。
a杀死b，要处理尸体，趁着月黑风高，背着尸体朝海里走，想把尸体扔到海里。海滩很大，沙子很软，所以从他的住处走到海里要很长时间。
第二天早上，在海滩上人们发现有两具尸体，b的双臂紧紧的勒住了a的脖子，a窒息而死。请问b在死后是怎样杀死a的。（学医的人不许回答。）
