The insurance told me they can't remove me since I am one of the

I need to remove myself from title first, and the then the insurance company will remove my policy.

I am not sure if the car ( Valued $36,000) still be the marriage possession even I amn't on the title.

I am in MA and married for 11 years.

Car accident happened twice, first time crashed in the snow, no damage . Second time, somebody else hit the door, not the driver's fault.

That's I am so worrying.
