Chinese Consulate in your area for more info. You probably need to hire an adoption agency to do the leg work for you and the cost could run into over $20,000 per adoption. The whole process could take more than 2 years to get it done. Patience with the Chinese adoption system is the key. Most orphans left available for adoption were handicapped (due to injuries suffered from the quake) and their mental states would be a concern as well (due to the trauma caused by the quake).
