have you ever heard that VitA is harmful for pregnant women and

to be pregnant women?

I've been taking high dosage VitA&D for a while, and not realized that I have been pregnant 30+ days.

Though I was an OB/GYN, I am totally ignorant about nutrition. Now I start to worry if any damage has been done to the baby. Your thoughts would be very much appreciated.
