问一个与跨国婚姻无关的问题：找工作

这里的姐妹们大部分是在海外读书工作的，想问一下有没有在完成学业后开始进入找工市场发现自己似乎知道很多，可好象又什么都不知道？我现在就面临这样的困惑，翻翻 job listings,一般都要求几年的工作经验，请问大家都是怎么定位自己的工作目标的。
