new technology, and change jobs several times for career advancement. I have been working for my current company since June 2001, my job is pretty easy to handle, I am a government contractor. but I gradually fall behind technically.

BTW, I am software developer, I know several of my female friends in my field have changed to do testing. Testing seems too boring for me... But continue to do coding and find other job, I need to catch up with all the young kids. I can continue to work in the same company, but it is possible that the project which I am working on will not be renew after October, 2009, and my job is a bit far away from home.
