For dating Westerners, I doubt the feeling of

uneasiness and shyness comes from “cultural differences”. If you lived in this country longer enough, you should have learned the proper social protocols to make you comfortable. I guess finding an interesting topic and let your mind flowing, would help you relax and prepossessing.
