there are plenty of job openings here. It is said that D.C. area has the lowest unemployment rate in the nation. If you don't mind taking a teaching job, I think that you can consider teach ESL class here for a couple of years. By the time you get your citizenship, you can find other government job.

BTW, I stay home today. Today is Veteran's day, I am not a Veteran, but still get a day off, it that nice?
