I am working in the same field as you discribed your

bf own. That is government contractor company, and also in northern VA, a small world, as far as i know, it is impossible to have a 1000millon business. All the big contractor companies are public own, they do have CEO, but the CEO is not the owner, SAIC, locket Martin... are such big company, even them, they won't have a 1000M contract per year... Your BF must be kidding :)))

You know the U.S. goverment are cutting their buget :)))
