Something I would like to share with you. I work out every week 2-3 times. I don't think I could lose weight if I exercise more as well as I eat more. Sometimes actually reserved. Isn't it weird?
Yesterday, I ran 7.5miles on the threadmill in an hour, made the best record. Perhaps that's a good sign for me to consider Marathon.:-)))))
Btw, my boy is wearing his sunglass and having his chicken patties. I have to admit to him that he was the coolest boy I ever saw in my life. LOL
