dumplings like the northern Chinese style. I put little bit ground port, lots of shrimp, and the Chinese chive as filling. I add salt, little soy sauce to the filling. Use the Cantonese style dumpling wraps, I think it is thinner than other kind of wraps. you can use egg to seal the dumplings.
My hu*****and, his perants, brother... all like my shrimp dumplings.
I don't know how to make "ha gao". I make the shrimp
