In order to implement the educational policies of the CCP and the central government, to reform the performance evaluation system of City A’s elementary and middle schools and to have a scientific and comprehensive students registration system, the Education Authority of City A has drafted an administrative regulation – “The Regulations for Student Registration in Elementary and Middle Schools of City A (on the trial basis for all thirty-five clauses) “ which is based on the previous experiences, in-depth research and thorough consultation. The regulation requires all institutions under the City A Education Authority to have dedicated persons, dedicated rooms and computers for student registration management.
