my toolbar was missing, i googled, first i found a more complexed answer---which is Z-turn折腾 to me, i almost wanted to drive 6 miles to ask my friend, but with my love Z-turn habbit, i made it;)))
so i 折腾ed another time, using word"restore toolbar" the answer is no longer折腾--it become solving.
