I think I get it.

From now on, if you want people to listen and point out your errors, pls don't edit the audio beyond noise reduction.

有一个感觉，就是你模仿得太卖力了，有些夸张，但这还不是主要问题。有没有注意到，你的声音是飘的。沉下来，读稳了；再就是把声音往下压 -- 这个不知道怎么说准确，不是用低音的意思。慢慢来吧，等你对“后部发音”的领会更深一些以后，就明白了。

还有，练口腔后部发音，不能急，一步步往前走，走稳当、扎实了，到了该突破的时候，自然会的。

纯属个人管见，不妥之处，请忽略不计。
