模仿，跟读 新闻材料对听/说日常谈话有没有帮助？

新闻总是念得正经八本的，但是日常说话却是灵活多变。像要提高口语，听力，如果模仿新闻，对听日常那种海阔天空的聊天，有没有帮助？还是直接模仿像《老友记》那样的对话类喜剧好?
