BOOk is a little bit exaggerated. I think /u/ can be shorter.
SAY sounds like /se/, Webster is /sei/ but it is also ok /se/ in Southern
RUles somehow sounds like /roule/
ContrOl somewhat sounds like /k3ntru:l/ which I think it should be /k3ntroul/.
The stress of Otherwise is in the second syllable which I think it should be the first one.
