But the question is: Does the report give you a whole picture as the western media have done to many unfriendly countries such as China, for example.
You need to find it by yourself.

Indeed, Chavez is a power seeker as many others.
The difference is that he was succeed this time while others failed. Latin American countries have the histories of "dictatorship and corruption".

I believe that the all accusations against opposition leaders are true, too, as my driver and Spanish teacher (they received U.S. education, and are strongly against Chavez) pointed out that other leaders also are corrupted.

5 - 10% people in this country are super rich
while the others are really poor. The income gap is so big, it helped Chavez succeeded.
