The Arubo is governed by Netherland while Los Roques by Venezuela. Arubo is well maitained, Los Roques is close to pristine.

The beach is as soft was carpet, water color gorgeous, and it is clear to see the bottom, glow of sun set beyond my description...

Today, gas price is still as cheap as free, 7 Bs (a little over $1 based on the black market rate) for a full tank of SUV.

Light oil has less carbon molecules, easy to produce and more expensive whereas heavy oil has more carbon molecules, dificult to produce, cheaper in the market.
