A funny story. Yesterday，I gave a patient a follow-up call，

He told me he had diarrhea 2-3 episodes a day. 

I asked him to pick up prescribed medication.
He said，“ I am taking Dert to stop diarrhea.”

I asked “What is Dert？”

He：“ The thing in the front of my yard.”

I ：“ What？ Dirt？That is dangerous！”

He said，“Doc,  I'm joking！” ...
