Officials indicated on Monday that American and Russian senior officials, including high level diplomats from the two countries, will hold talks to improve bilateral relation and negotiate to end the Ukraine war. This will be the most significant meeting between the two sides since Moscow's full-scale invasion of its neighbor began nearly three years ago.
