The Titan submersible incident has been daunting the world since last week . Is it worth to risk lives for unknown exploration? Was the faulty hull material induced the catastrophe? Wasn't the material questioned by other experts?

He has taken more chances than most people, guess he must evaluate and manage the risks well in every move.
