老米（Milosz) 获1980年诺贝尔文学奖，他的诗很阳光而有思想，下面这首短诗境界一般人很难达到。
米沃什是出生于立陶宛的美国诗人、散文作家。作为犹太人(student) 在二战时的波兰肯定受过不少苦，后来是加州大学伯克利教授，或是有颗快乐peaceful的心，他活到了93岁。

多快乐的一天呵！
晨雾消散了，我到花园里干活。
蜂鸟停在金银花儿上。
世界上没有一样东西我想占为己有，
也没有一个（知道的）人我会羡慕他。
所有受过的不幸，我忘记了。
想到我曾经是同一个人我也无所谓。
在我的身体里，己没有痛苦。
我挺起身来，前面是蓝色的海和许多白帆。
Gift
A day so happy.
Fog lifted early, I worked in the garden.
Hummingbirds were stopping over honeysuckle flowers.
There was no thing on earth I wanted to possess.
I knew no one worth my envying him.
Whatever evil I had suffered, I forgot.
To think that once I was the same man did not embarrass me.
In my body I felt no pain.
When straightening up, I saw the blue sea and sails.
