How to answer negative questions with a positive thinking? Someone did this.

Q:
I don't like chinese people!

I live and work in New York city, in a career field with alot of immigrants in it. I've been exposed to practically every culture in the world and like most of them except I cannot stand most chinese people. Every neighborhood they move into goes from nice to a china town. In almost every Chinese owned business the shop keepers are RUDE and barely speak English. They are cheaper then any other group. They never hold open the door for anyone, give anything a second look, they bump into you and don't look up or apologize... It's like they truly do not care about anyone or anything outside of themselves and their own family. Is this normal?? Does anyone else have similar experiences or am I just going crazy?

i'm chinese and i understand where these negative comments come from. we need to improve. on the other hand, you need to think in a positive way. at least chinese never robbed you or pointed you with a knife or gun :)
