answer作名词用时，对问题的回答应该是：answer to question
answer 与 for 连用的 介词短语 answer for 一般是指对什么负责，如： You must answer for your action(你必须对你的行为负责）

这样，你的句子似可为： Below are my answers to your questions. 这个句型是个倒装句，below是状语词，my answers才是主语, 为复数，应该用系词are。

但是，英美人常用或习惯用法是不用“be”这个系词，而代用动词，如：
Please find below my answers to your questions;
Please see below my answers to your questions;

在英美人所发的email里也常见这样的说法，如： Attached please find the document.
