The Look

Strephon kissed me in the spring,

Robin in the fall,

But Colin only looked at me

And never kissed at all.

 

Strephon's kiss was lost in jest,

Robin's lost in play,

But the kiss in Colin's eyes

Haunts me night and day.

却从未亲吻我哪里。

 

春之吻丢失于嬉戏，

秋之吻失落在游戏；

但科林的眼之吻啊，

日夜缠绕在我心底。
