求教如何翻译行政院

看到台湾行政院的翻译(Executive Yuan) 觉得啼笑皆非：

我的建议是要么完全用拼音，要么完全用英文Executive Cabinet or Executive Assembly。

是我不自量力，班门弄斧？各位高手怎么看？先拜谢了！
