FAA允许业余爱好者操控无人机娱乐，只要他们遵守不得让无人机在他人头顶上飞行、将飞行高度保持在400英尺以下及视线范围之内的规定即可。

Flying unmaned aircrafts by amateurs for recreational purposes is permitted by the FAA, as long as the operators follow the regulations that prohibit flying the aircrafts over people and limit the altitude to under 400 feet and be visible.
