如果为了好记忆单词，其音标为：
When /wen/ 和 win /win/

如果实际应用，把这两个单词发成一样很没问题，因为这两个元音在口语中都弱化成了schwa，即 uh 的音。
例如在这一句，两个单词读的都一样（除了慢读强调以外）： Try to WIN the second and third match WHEN competing with them.
