看语境，强调别的意思是别的，这两个词都可以弱读吧 :-)

例如这一句，强调这三个词 TRY，SECOND and THIRD 时， 那么when和win都可以弱读（表情都一样）：
TRY to win the SECOND and THIRD match when competing with them ... ...
