Some investors tend to perchase gold and Swiss Francs as tools of avoiding risks, in order to resist the huge turmoil in which the global stock markets is almost undergoing every day.

多了 in，定语从句就变成：

the global stock markets is almost undergoing in turmoil every day.

而underdo是及物动词，所以不要才对。

the global stock makets is almost undergoing turmoil every day.

markets is --> market is.
