谁都知道投资有风险，是不是就不投资哪？谈到投资房地产，远的日本，香港，新加坡都不提，就说近的，这１，２年在弯曲赔１０万，２０万的也不少。我想在房地产上赔钱的人不少，但赚到钱的也很多。股市不管崩盘多少次，总会有人继续炒，房市也一样。进场时机和运气都很重要（其他事不也如此嘛），但同样的时机和运气，很多向va_landlord一样的人抓到了，但更多的人没抓到。我想我们谈论房地产的目的，就是要争取作这种运气好的人。你的知识越全面，考虑问题的角度就越广，也有深度，犯错的机会就越少。如果你不犯大错，房地产投资从长远讲会让你惊喜。每个人作任何事都是从没经验开始的，但同样是没经验，有准备的人成功的机lu更高。如果你有份好工作，最好不要放弃，part time 投资房地产一样有收获；如果你选择作职业投资者，这一行会让你的人生abcd...xyz，因为它充满了机会，诱惑，陷阱。。。
