请教北京西城区：北京房产

I have been thinking to buy a property in BJ for a long time. I wish I did when I first thought about it, but because I only go back to BJ once in two years, I don't have enough time to purchase one.

Would you please let me know what is the area in BJ you mentioned? Can I still get the $2000 rent with a $200K house now? I know the price has appreciated a lot recently. Do you buy second hand house or new one? Is there any new development in that area now?

Sorry for too many questions , and typing in English. My chinese typing is too slow. You can also send me qqh if you prefer.
