I have been thinking to buy a property in BJ for a long time. I wish I did when I first thought about it, but because I only go back to BJ once in two years, I don't have enough time to purchase one.

只要你想买，看中了，国内的效率很高，最多一个月就搞定。

Would you please let me know what is the area in BJ you mentioned? Can I still get the $2000 rent with a $200K house now? I know the price has appreciated a lot recently. Do you buy second hand house or new one? Is there any new development in that area now?

顺义。告诉你几个园区都在那一片，都可以考虑买。欧陆园，裕京花园，名都园，优山美地，香江花园等等。。

新的，二手的都可以，那边最老的房子也就10年。不过我建议买二手的，现在出售的都是10年中赚够了的业主，有的房子甚至是带着租约出售。也就是说你买了房子就收租金。新的园区不要急着买，有个磨住期，会有很多麻烦。而且人气也不够，不好出租。
