通常病理科的 Medico-legal litigation 比例并不是非常高的。

比起 OBGYN, 麻醉科来这些 medical accidents 比例比较高的专业来说算是好的。

 

整个病理科专业中出问题比例比较高的领域是：

Paspsmear

Breast biopsy

Lymphoma

Melanoma

 

最后一个就是我们皮肤病理科的东西了， 但是误诊在以前通常是做大病理的病理科医生（general pathologist） 误诊了 melanoma （over diagnosed， 或者 under diagnosed 都有）。
