我说“以前”

 

为什么现在对于 melanocytic lesion 绝大多数 general pathologists 会送给 dermatopathologist？ 一个原因就是以前有很多误诊的情况， 我本人是在这个方面读过很多东西的， 还在做 fellowship 的时候做过一个 seminar， 就是皮肤病理领域的 medico legal cases。

 

同样的道理， 如果我收到一个 breast 的 case， 我会马上给 general pathologist 看的。
