跟你说的情况是俩吗事。 这是现在的情况， 我说的是以前的情景。

以前像 Spitz nevus 这样的东西被 general pathologist 误诊为 melanoma 的 case 太多了。

现在 dermatopathologist 自己对争论比较大的 case 还是会送出去给在这个领域里公认的 authority 看的。

至于 general pathologist 送给 dermatopathologist 看的一部都不是难的 case， 不会误诊的。
