1. 用红糖+点儿盐,+ 辣椒粉(我的改良)均匀抹在排骨上,放置一晚

2. 生抽酱油+蜂蜜(我改良了用Maple Syrup)做汁儿,盖上锡纸烤1.5个小时左右(最后10分钟把锡纸拿走)
烤好后切好的:
