林妹妹昨天辛苦了，一定是

抱了很多砖头回家把窗户砌上，不让对面公园里的人偷窥。

第一次做的广式月饼，觉得回油后还挺漂亮。回油的效果是让饼皮变得更松软可口。

自己做就是知道吃到嘴里的是什么东东，买的栗子酱。

有个窍门：要先用小火炒干一些，因为买的成品酱水份多。

生胚，35克馅儿，18克左右的皮。里面用了半粒咸鸭蛋黄。
