请教关于委托国内亲人卖房的委托书

在国内一个小城市有一套房，准备委托国内亲人卖了，委托书需要海牙认证，第一步需要notarized。想请教有类似经验的网友，这类委托书能否写成中英文对照的版本，这样是不是寄到国内就不需要翻译了？还是只能英文版本，然后寄到国内后再做翻译、公证？谢谢！
